Keep our global deliveries on track

As Borncut’s Logistics & Order Handling Coordinator, you will play a key role in our Sales Back Office, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

In close co-operation with our global distributors and direct customers your job is to ensure seamless delivery experiences; maintaining that our high-tech equipment and spare parts reach their destinations safely, efficiently and on time.

The position can be based at either our R&D and sales facilities in Hadsten, Jutland, or our office in Rønne, Bornholm.

Your key responsibilities 

You will be coordinating shipments from booking to delivery, balancing costs, deadlines and customer expectations while keeping the many details of international logistics under control. Your responsibilities will include:

• Shipment Planning & Booking: Evaluate and select the most cost-effective, and reliable shipping methods via land or air transport.
  
  
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor inbound and outbound freight, cargo status, and delivery schedules in real time.
  
  
• Carrier & Supplier Coordination: Communicate with trucking companies, shipping lines, and vendors to schedule pickups and drop-offs.
  
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare bills of lading, customs paperwork, and shipping logs while enforcing safety and transport rules.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal sales and partner agents, production, and spare parts departments to align delivery schedules with sales commitments, distributor pipelines, and customer expectations.

Your qualifications

You are an organized and detail-oriented person comfortable managing several tasks at once, always dedicated to creating the best solution. We imagine you bring:

• Relevant experience: Experience in international logistics, export documentation or order handling, ideally in a manufacturing or sales environment.
  
  
• International trade knowledge: A solid understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures and international shipping documentation.
  
  
• Strong communication skills: The ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively with international customers, distributors, carriers and colleagues.
  
  
• Good IT skills: Experience with ERP systems and shipment tracking tools.
  
  
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.
