As products move from the portion cutter onto the QuickSort conveyor, the system identifies and separates trim pieces automatically. Trim portions are gently retracted from the line to a dedicated discharge or belt, while prime portions continue seamlessly down the production line. All settings are managed through the BC 225 portion cutter’s multi-touch control panel, letting operators fine-tune cutting patterns, speeds and outputs with ease.
