PackMaster fully automates the flow from cutting to packing. The Equalizer module aligns and spaces portions, removes off-cuts automatically and prepares them for packing without manual handling. By ensuring consistent spacing between portions, the Equalizer makes sophisticated cut and batch applications possible.

Efficient tray handling with the Borncut Tray Loader

At the end of the system is the Tray Loader, a compact workhorse that loads portions into trays and sends them straight to the tray sealer at speeds of up to 90 trays per minute.
