Cut-to-Pack app for fixed weight packing

Our batching software combines precision cutting with the Equalizer’s portion control to deliver consistent pack weights like 6 pieces at 900g for example. The system removes head and tail trim, aligns portions evenly and ensures a smooth flow into manual or automatic packing.

You simply input the target weight and number of pieces per pack, and the software automatically calculates the optimal cutting pattern. This ensures minimal giveaway and maximum yield, with typical pack weight accuracy within 1% and up to 50% improvement in raw material utilization.
