Spare Parts Coördinator
De functie
Als Spare Parts Coördinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen, agenten en klanten met betrekking tot onderdelenorders en offertes. Je behandelt aanvragen van begin tot eind, inclusief prijsopgave, orderverwerking, leveringsinformatie en retourverzoeken. Je werkt nauw samen met onze agenten en klanten om maximale leveringsbetrouwbaarheid en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Verwerken van onderdelenorders en opstellen van offertes
- Mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie met klanten en agenten
- Afstemmen van levertijden en verwachtingen
- Administratieve ondersteuning zoals correspondentie en facturatie
- Beheren van het volledige proces van verzending en ontvangst van reserveonderdelen voor klantbestellingen of servicewerkzaamheden
- Operationeel beheer van de voorraad
- Bewaking van de voorraadniveaus
Jouw profiel
De ideale kandidaat beschikt over het volgende profiel:
- Woonachting in de regio Flevoland of Noordoostpolder
- Een logistieke of technische opleiding op MBO+ niveau.
- Affiniteit met de vis-, pluimvee- en vleesverwerkende industrie is vereist
- Klantgericht en nauwkeurig
- Handig met software
- Hands-on mentaliteit
- Flexibele en stressbestendige houding
- In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Aanvullende talen zijn een pré

Spare Parts Coordinator
The role
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for internal departments, agents, and customers regarding spare parts orders and quotations. You handle requests from start to finish, including quotations, order processing, delivery updates, and return requests. You work closely with our agents and customers to ensure maximum delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
- Processing spare parts orders and preparing quotations
- Oral and written communication with customers and agents
- Coordinating delivery times and managing expectations
- Administrative support including correspondence and invoicing
- Managing the full process of shipping and receiving spare parts for customer orders or service work
- Operational inventory management
- Monitoring stock levels
Your profile
The ideal candidate has the following profile:
- Living in the Flevoland or Noordoostpolder region
- A logistics or technical education at MBO+ level
- Affinity with the fish, poultry, and meat processing industry is required
- Customer-oriented and accurate
- Comfortable with software tools
- Hands-on mentality
- Flexible and stress-resistant attitude
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
