Sales Backoffice Specialist

As Borncut continues to scale its business and develop some of the fastest and most precise solutions in the portion cutting industry, we are looking for a highly organized Sales Backoffice Specialist to keep our global sales organization running as sharp as our machines.

Your role 

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will with strong project manager capabilities take ownership of the administrative and operational backbone of our sales function.

You will maintain the full commercial overview – ensuring CRM/ERP data, pricing, contracts, customer orders, shipments, and sales materials are accurate, updated, and well managed across markets.

In this role, you are central link between sales and operations – helping customers receive their right equipment, at the right time and cost, and with a seamless experience from order to delivery.

Your key responsibilities 

Data & Sales Operations

• Maintain CRM/ERP data integrity and support sales reporting, pipeline visibility, and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Act as a key link between sales, manufacturing, finance, and technical service to ensure smooth order execution.

Contracts & Pricing

• Manage customer, agent, and distributor contracts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment across systems.
• Maintain global price lists and commercial data for equipment, spare parts, and services.

Sales Support & Documentation

• Manage sales assets, product materials, and technical documentation, ensuring content is current, organized, and easily accessible.
• Support the sales team and global partners with the information and tools they need to succeed.

Partner & Distribution Support

• Serve as the primary operational contact for our international agent and distribution network.
• Process orders, support commercial enquiries, and communicate product and business updates.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate customer shipments worldwide, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage transport bookings and support logistics coordination with customers and freight providers.

Your qualifications

We imagine that you bring strong project manager capabilities and a background in sales operations or commercial back-office environments. You are comfortable taking ownership of complex administrative and operational tasks in an international setting.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial back-office support, or commercial order-to-delivery coordination.
• Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously, take full ownership of a workflow, and self-manage daily priorities.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, modern ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel for managing data tables and the global price list).
• Skills & Abilities: High attention to detail (critical for contract and price list management), excellent organizational capabilities, and strong coordination skills to align customer shipping preferences.
• Language: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
