Senior Service Engineer
The wingman of the Director of Service
Location: Urk, The Netherlands
Responsible for the after sales service on a regional level. In some cases there might be a need to travel outside the region for installations or a service job.
Responsible for in house and local training of new field service engineers from agents and distributors.
Responsible for in-house customer service training.
Supports sales on creating customized spare parts customer packages.
Performs first-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
