• Responsible for professionalizing the global after sales business by focusing on a short- and long term development plan. Including but not limited to; installation management, on site and remote service, spare parts management and service training. 

• Coaches and motivates the service team individuals. 

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers. 

• Implements best practices, key metrics and the use of IT to create best in class after sales business. 

• Active engagement with distributors to professionalize the local after sales approach.

Responsible for the after sales service on a regional level. In some cases there might be a need to travel outside the region for installations or a service job.

Responsible for in house and local training of new field service engineers from agents and distributors.

Responsible for in-house customer service training.

Supports sales on creating customized spare parts customer packages.

Performs first-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Identifies repair issues both online and on customer's site.

• Ensures effective break fixes to ensure highest up time for customers.

• Creates service and parts schedule in partnership with customers.

• Trains service engineers at customer's site.

• Installs new machines globally.

• Responsible for inventory control of all Borncut parts. Both for machine building and for customer spare parts.

• Responsible for building spare parts packages.

• Actively builds and maintains relationships with parts suppliers.

• Professionalizes parts handling by the use of IT and best in class practices.

• Handles shipping coordination and customs declarations.

• Active customer engagement to increase sales of parts and to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supports sales on a technical level by creating layouts for customer quotes.

• Creates a final production order from the customer contract.

• Follows up on production schedule and progress.

• Communicates with after sales on the installation schedule.

• Communicates with the customer’s on - site technical team on technical specifications; air, water, power, other.

• Actively participates in customer meetings to drive sales.

• Supports agents and distributors directly on their customer quotation.

• Responsible for developing the current software on Borncut machines.

• Develops new software applications for new machines.

• Troubleshoots software on second level on-line after sales matters.

• Builds and maintains relationships with key components suppliers.

• Travels to customers for selected installations and for technical development or brake fixes.
